Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The WaitkusNet, "TOPPS 1988 Official Complete Baseball Card Set" ("Sweepstakes") begins at 6:00 PM MST  on Saturday, October 4, 2008 and ends at 6:00 PM MST on Sunday, December 21, 2008.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Void in Puerto Rico, all other territories and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. HOW TO ENTER: LIMIT one (1) entry per person/email address/computer/household. Subsequent entries from the same person or email address or computer or household throughout the Sweepstakes will disqualify all entries. Any attempt by a person to use multiple email accounts to enter more than once may result in disqualification at the discretion of the judges. To enter the Sweepstakes, visit http://waitkus.org and complete the entry form with your true and correct information then hit the submit button.  Entries must include a street address.  Entries with P.O. Boxes will not be accepted.  Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. All required information must be submitted in order to qualify for the contest. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any potential winner, the potential winner will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of Sweepstakes entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Upon entering contest you also grant WaitkusNet permission to use your name, city and state for promotion purposes should you win a prize.

3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS AND PRIZES: A random drawing will be held on or about December 29, 2008  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via email and/or telephone.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

4. TAX INFORMATION: All applicable federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.

5. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Colorado, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Colorado.
